Arri / LeCron Architects, Inc. is an architectural design firm with areas of expertise in residential design, commercial projects, resorts, land planning, tenant improvements and interiors.
In business for over 28 years, Arri / LeCron Architects, Inc. has completed many projects of varying degrees of size and complexity throughout California. We pride ourselves on the personalized service we provide to our clients, from initial consultation through construction of the project. We believe that architecture is more than just a business, it is a personal commitment to maintaining an understanding of the clients needs, while providing a professional service of the highest caliber.
We are very familiar with all aspects of the design and building process. We provide comprehensive, aesthetic design suited to the architectural context of existing structures and surroundings. In order to assure a top quality project, our construction documents (plans and specifications) are meticulous and thorough. We maintain extensive use of CAD (Computer-Aided Design), and 3-D design.
In addition to design and construction documents, Arri / LeCron Architects, Inc. provides all necessary coordination between all engineers, consultants and government agencies.

KAREN ARRI-LECRON
Karen Arri-LeCron AIA is a licensed architect in the State of California (C 25749), and a member of the American Institute of Architects. She attended the University of California Berkeley where she received both her Bachelor of Arts (BA) (1984) and Master of Architecture (M Arch) (1987) degree's, graduating with honors. While at Berkeley she completed extensive studies in Europe, as well as publishing her thesis on Regional Vernacular design for Resort Facilities with well known architects and authors of 'A Pattern Language'. She has been a principal with Arri / LeCron, Architects in Santa Barbara, California for over 25 years, and has consulted with several architectural firms in the role of project architect and government agency liaison.

JAMES LECRON
James Gray LeCron AIA is a licensed architect in California (C 22613) and Hawaii (AR 11313), and a member of the American Institute of Architects. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture (B Arch) degree from Southern California Institute of Architecture - SCI-Arc (1985). He has been a principal with Arri / LeCron, Architects in Santa Barbara, California for over 25 years. His work includes multi-million dollar custom residential projects, resorts, multi-family housing, and commercial projects. He has provided services as a consulting architect on residential, commercial, and resort projects in the role as project architect. He has served as an expert witness in forensic construction-defect litigation, and served on the City of Santa Barbara Architectural Board of Review (ABR) from 2003 - 2006, Vice Chairman in 2006.
